「是故至菩薩行」，三、結成行本。若離二法，縱容得所，則是菩薩立行之本，故言是菩薩行。

"Therefore... to ...bodhisattva practice" is, third, concluding the establishment of the basis of practice. If one is free from both dharmas and acts with unconstrained propriety, this is the basis for a bodhisattva to establish practice; hence it is said: "This is bodhisattva practice."
