二、「問」下，簡大小，二：初、執小有大無難。謂小乘有念處，大乘則無也。

Second, from "Question" down, distinguishing the Great and Small [vehicles], in two: first, the challenge asserting that the Small possesses them while the Great does not. This claims that the Small Vehicle possesses the foundations of mindfulness, whereas the Great Vehicle does not.
