二、觀解。「界內惑盡」者，別圓中假觀成，且約凡位。

Second, contemplative interpretation. Regarding "the defilements within the realms are exhausted," when the provisional contemplation of the separate and perfect [teachings] is accomplished, this temporarily refers to the stage of ordinary beings.
