四、折謗佛法。荊溪云：謗有二種者，雖對二種，秖生死一言亦兼二謗。若有生死，必無常住。為成損相，須對常住。

Fourth, reducing them to slandering the Buddha-dharma. Jingxi says: "Regarding slanders having two kinds: although confronting two kinds, the single term saṃsāra also encompasses both slanders. If there is saṃsāra, there is definitely no eternal presence. To complete the aspect of damage, it must be contrasted with eternal presence."
