Seventh, purity of conduct. "In all that is undertaken": Jingxi says: "The three karmas following wisdom is called being able to deliberate skillfully. 'Wisdom' means prajñā; because prajñā deliberates skillfully, it causes the three to all be good. The three follow wisdom, so the following text says 'wisdom beforehand, action afterwards.' If action is beforehand and wisdom afterwards, though called enlightenment, it is non-enlightenment. The sages of the grounds and abidances are all like this, excluding those before the grounds and abidances, and the various śrāvakas who do not enter contemplation; however, this is not the same as the lower grounds."
