經　自守戒行（至）禁之名。

Sūtra: Personally guarding the conduct of morality [and not reproaching the faults of others leads to the country not even having the name of violating the precepts upon attaining buddhahood; those who observe the rules of discipline and conduct] without violation come to be born in that land.
