三、「是為」下，結法從人立名。五戒雖是如來所制，既對十善，且從有漏判為舊法，故屬輪王。亦名性罪性善者，以十惡法性自是罪，十善之法性自是善，是故輪王順世俗性說此善惡以化眾生。

Third, from "these are" onward, concluding the dharma and establishing the name from the person. Although the five precepts were instituted by the Tathāgata, since they correspond to the ten virtues, they are provisionally judged as the old dharma from the perspective of being contaminated; therefore, they pertain to a wheel-turning king. They are also called intrinsic offenses and intrinsic virtues, because the nature of the ten unwholesome dharmas is inherently an offense, and the nature of the ten wholesome dharmas is inherently virtuous. Therefore, a wheel-turning king, according to worldly nature, teaches these goods and evils to transform sentient beings.
