二、「十方」下，請惡除滅。願佛受懺，即是除滅。若不助正資導成懺，佛雖有力，何能除障？意可見故，疏更不釋。

Second, from "Ten directions" downward, requests the eradication of evil. Vowing that the Buddha accept the repentance is itself eradication. If one does not assist the principal [practice] with auxiliary guidance to bring about repentance, even though the Buddha possesses power, how could he eliminate the obstacles? Because the intent can be seen, the Commentary does not explain further.
