二、「三德」下，明五章皆密。三德是佛所證密藏，以被機故，說金光明微密之教。散脂本因稟此密教而生密解，即聞密名也。住理乃是顯於密體也，行行乃是修於密宗也，利他乃是起於密用也。不言教者，同佛故也。

Second, from 'Three virtues' downward, clarifies that all five chapters are secret. The three virtues are the secret treasury realized by the Buddha; because of responding to capacities, he preached the subtle and secret teaching of the Suvarṇaprabhāsa. Saṃjñeya originally received this secret teaching and produced secret understanding, which is hearing the secret name. Abiding in principle is manifesting the secret essence; practicing actions is cultivating the secret tenet; benefiting others is initiating the secret function. That teaching is not mentioned is because it is identical to the Buddha.
