二、「復次」下，明互通。雖作三身、三脫、三觀三節解之，而十五句一一皆是金光明海，體量高廣，故使名義展轉相釋。如《涅槃》中百句解脫，以一一句皆是三德微密藏，故大師釋句句具百成於萬句。今舉正解具十四句、能具成十五句，合云由正解故正觀，由正解故得正分別，由正解故正解於緣，由正解故正能覺了，由正解故不思議智光，乃至由正解故於一切法含受一切法。以正解一句為首既然，餘句為首例亦如是，乃成一百七十五句，以體量一貫故名義相成。疏於三五皆舉頭句，例於四句皆十五句，注云云令此銷釋也。

Second, from 'Furthermore' downward, clarifies mutual interpenetration. Although interpreted in three sections as the three bodies, the three liberations, and the three contemplations, each of the fifteen lines is the ocean of golden light, whose essence and measure are lofty and vast; hence their names and meanings mutually explain each other in turn. Just as in the Nirvāṇa [Sūtra]'s hundred lines on liberation, because each and every line is the subtle and secret treasury of the three virtues, the Great Master explained each line as possessing a hundred, making ten thousand lines. Now, taking 'correct understanding' as possessing fourteen lines, together with the line that can possess them, makes fifteen lines, combining them as: 'by virtue of correct understanding, there is correct contemplation'; 'by virtue of correct understanding, one attains correct differentiation'; 'by virtue of correct understanding, there is correct understanding of conditions'; 'by virtue of correct understanding, one is correctly able to be aware and understand'; 'by virtue of correct understanding, there is the light of inconceivable wisdom'—up to 'by virtue of correct understanding, within all phenomena one contains all phenomena'. Since it is so with the single line of 'correct understanding' at the head, the other lines at the head follow the same pattern, thereby forming one hundred and seventy-five lines; because essence and measure are uniformly continuous, names and meanings complete each other. In the Textual Commentary, for each of the three sets of five, the opening line is cited, and by analogy to the four lines, each forms fifteen lines, with the note 'etc.' directing that it be unpacked and explained in this way.
