二、「能滅」下一行，明光具與拔。昔為龍尊讚佛身放大光，滅盡三界一切諸苦，令諸眾生悉受快樂。今日讚佛，還讚光明滅苦與樂，在文可見。

Second, the single line from "Able to extinguish" explains that the light is equipped with bestowing and rescuing. In the past, as the Dragon King, he praised the Buddha's body emitting great light, completely extinguishing all sufferings of the three realms and causing all sentient beings to experience joy. Today in praising the Buddha, he again praises the radiant light for extinguishing suffering and bestowing joy, as can be seen in the text.
