三、依菩提涅槃釋經名者，壽量、三身是菩提，有多復次說大涅槃是涅槃義。以金光明配菩提，三身配涅槃義，三事義同於古，引文可知。

Third, interpreting the title of the sūtra based on bodhi and nirvāṇa: the life span and the three bodies are bodhi, and the repeated explanations of mahānirvāṇa constitute the meaning of nirvāṇa. Matching 'golden light' to bodhi and the 'three bodies' to the meaning of nirvāṇa, these three matters are identical in meaning to the ancient [explanations], and can be known by citing the texts.
