下第三校量明勝勸令弘經，有三：初校量明勝、次四王領益、後勸弘經。初中有四：初舉劣、二「世尊梵天」下明勝、三「何以故」下釋所以、四「是故」下結應持經。

Below is the third [section], which compares and clarifies superiority, encouraging the propagation of the sūtra. It has three [parts]: first, comparing and clarifying superiority; next, the Four Kings acknowledging the benefit; finally, encouraging the propagation of the sūtra. The first has four parts: 1. citing the inferior; 2. clarifying superiority from "World-Honoured One, Brahmā..." onward; 3. explaining the reason from "Why is this?" onward; 4. concluding that one should uphold the sūtra from "Therefore..." onward.
