"Furthermore, Mahāmati, after the bodhisattva-mahāsattva has established and abided in the marks of wisdom, they should diligently cultivate and study the three marks of noble knowledge above. What are the three marks of noble knowledge that should be diligently cultivated and studied? They are the mark of non-existence, the mark of the domain of all Buddhas' own vows, and the mark of the culmination of pratyātmāryajñāna. Having attained these through practice, they are able to abandon the marks of wisdom of the lame donkey's mind, attain the eighth stage of the supreme sons, and cultivate and produce the three marks above. Mahāmati, the mark of non-existence refers to the marks of śrāvakas, pratyekabuddhas, and tīrthikas, which are produced through cultivation by them. Mahāmati, the mark of the domain of their own vows refers to that which is cultivated and produced in the domain of the former Buddhas' own vows. Mahāmati, the mark of the culmination of pratyātmāryajñāna is not clinging to any marks of dharmas, attaining the illusory samādhi-body, and progressing and practicing to produce the stages of all Buddhas. Mahāmati, these are called the three marks of noble knowledge. If one accomplishes these three marks of noble knowledge, one can reach the ultimate realm of pratyātmāryajñāna. Therefore, Mahāmati, one should diligently cultivate and study the three marks of noble knowledge."
