說性者下，《入楞伽》云：「說諸法者，為令弟子知依諸業攝受生死，遮其有無斷滅見故。」為我弟子下，為令弟子知隨業受生。性聲者，性即法，聲即說，言以法說說攝受生死也。

From "speaking of nature" downward, the Ru Lengqie says: "Speaking of dharmas is to let disciples know that they gather in saṃsāra based on various karmas, and to block their view of nonexistence and annihilation." From "for the sake of my disciples" downward, it is to make disciples know that they receive rebirth in accordance with karma. "The sound of nature": nature is dharma, sound is speech; it means using the discourse on dharmas to speak of gathering in saṃsāra.
