「大慧！云何斯陀含相？謂頓照色相妄想，生相、見相不生，善見禪趣相故，頓來此世，盡苦際得涅槃，是故名斯陀含。」

"Mahāmati, what is the characteristic of a sakṛdāgāmin? It means suddenly discerning the discrimination of the characteristics of form, such that characteristics of arising and characteristics of views do not arise, and seeing well the characteristics of the realms of dhyāna; they come to this world just once, make an end of suffering, and attain nirvāṇa. Therefore they are called a sakṛdāgāmin."
