2.218

諸禪三昧，即羅漢所修智定。解脫力明，即所證之法。力即神通，明乃三明也。以是照了煩惱諸苦分別皆空，謂色無色界思惑淨盡，證無學果也。

The "dhyānas and samādhis" are the wisdom and concentration cultivated by the arhat. The "powers of liberation and clear knowledges" are the dharmas realized; "powers" are the supernormal powers, and "clear knowledges" are the three clear knowledges. Through these, they discern that afflictions and the discriminations of various sufferings are all empty; this means the afflictions of thought of the form and formless realms are completely exhausted, and they realize the fruit of no-more-learning.
