「復次大慧！有二種覺，謂觀察覺，及妄想相攝受計著建立覺。大慧！觀察覺者，謂若覺性自性相，選擇離四句不可得，是名觀察覺。」

"Furthermore, Mahāmati, there are two kinds of awakening: observational awakening, and the awakening of establishing through grasping and obsessively clinging to the characteristics of discrimination. Mahāmati, as for observational awakening: it means that if one awakens to the nature and characteristics of self-nature, selecting and leaving behind the four propositions such that nothing can be obtained, this is called observational awakening."
