The twelve vikalpas are as spoken before. That paratantra has six kinds: “six” means the six dust-objects (guṇa), meaning that the paratantra-svabhāva is stirred and arises from the winds of the realms of the six dust-objects. Some say it refers to the six causes, which is incorrect. However, this vikalpa and paratantra are entirely differentiated marks; within pratyātmāryajñāna, there are no such differences. “Fire” refers to wisdom. The five dharmas and three svabhāvas are all the Tathāgata’s Dharma-gates for personal practice and teaching others. When a practitioner contemplates them in accord with reality, they are nothing other than the one true principle; hence it is said, “they do not go beyond tathatā.”
