「大慧！云何一乘相？謂得一乘道覺，我說一乘。云何得一乘道覺？謂攝所攝妄想，如實處不生妄想，是名一乘覺。大慧！一乘覺者，非餘外道、聲聞緣覺、梵天王等之所能得，唯除如來，以是故說名一乘。」

“Mahāmati! What are the marks of the One Vehicle? It refers to obtaining the awakening of the path of the One Vehicle; thus I speak of the One Vehicle. What is obtaining the awakening of the path of the One Vehicle? It means that with regard to the vikalpa of grāhaka and grāhya, one does not give rise to vikalpa in the state of reality as it is—this is called the awakening of the One Vehicle. Mahāmati! The awakening of the One Vehicle cannot be obtained by any tīrthikas, śrāvakas, pratyekabuddhas, Brahmā kings, or the like; only the Tathāgata excepted. For this reason it is called the One Vehicle.”
