4.94

言自心妄想等者，謂彼於非常非無常中自生分別，以為無常能壞諸法而自性不壞，此即是前性無性無常之事，意謂事可壞而性不可壞。世間諸法有壞者，因無常故，無常遍於諸法之中，如杖瓦石能破壞諸物，而自體不壞也。

Stating "false discrimination of one's own mind" and so on means that amidst that which is neither permanent nor impermanent, they spontaneously generate discrimination, considering that impermanence can destroy all dharmas while its own intrinsic nature is not destroyed; this is precisely the matter of the impermanence of nature-and-non-nature mentioned before, meaning that matters can be destroyed while the nature cannot be destroyed. That worldly dharmas undergo destruction is because of impermanence; impermanence is pervasive among all dharmas, just as a staff, tile, or stone can destroy various objects while its own substance is not destroyed.
