十、釋品名者，勸謂勸發，請謂求請。即請佛親降其處，勸演內證法輪。又亦勸請是一悟，謂諸佛降赴、諸佛說法，品中明此，故以為名。

Tenth, concerning explaining the chapter title: Entreaty (quan) means to encourage and arouse; request (qing) means to solicit. That is, requesting the Buddha to personally descend to that place, entreating him to turn the wheel of the Dharma of inner realization. Moreover, entreaty and request also constitute one awakening—that is, the descent of the Buddhas and the preaching of the Dharma by the Buddhas are clarified in this chapter; hence it is taken as the title.
