法無我者，謂諸法體，雖復任持軌生物解，亦無勝性實自在用，故言無我。

As for dharma-nairātmya: it means that although the substance of all dharmas sustains its own mark and gives rise to understanding, it also lacks any supreme nature or real sovereign agent; hence it is called 'no-self'.
