佛言：「覩天地，念非常；覩山川，念非常；覩萬物形體豐熾，念非常。執心如此，得道疾矣。」
The Buddha said: "Observing heaven and earth, contemplate impermanence; observing mountains and rivers, contemplate impermanence; observing the forms and bodies of the ten thousand things flourishing and abundant, contemplate impermanence. If you maintain your mind like this, you will attain the Way swiftly."
