1.182

Facing heaven and earth, observing mountains and rivers, and the forms and bodies of the ten thousand things, although they are flourishing and abundant, one should contemplate that all of them are conditioned arisings and cessations, ultimately returning to impermanence. If a practitioner constantly gives rise to such thoughts, they will surely attain the noble fruition swiftly.
