佛言：「熟自念身中四大，各自有名，都為無吾。我者寄生亦不久，其事如幻耳。」
The Buddha said: "Contemplate thoroughly that the four great elements within the body each have their own names, and none of them constitute a 'me'. What is called 'I' is merely lodging here temporarily and does not last long; this matter is simply like an illusion."
