告示阿難及諸大眾：「有三摩提名大佛頂首楞嚴王，具足萬行，十方如來一門超出妙莊嚴路。」
He announced to Ānanda and the great assembly: "There is a samādhi called the Great Buddha-Crest King of the Śūraṅgama, fully endowed with the myriad practices; it is the wondrously adorned path by which the tathāgatas of the ten directions transcend [samsāra] through a single gate."
