次明別眾（謂同一界住，相中有乖，不同僧法，故云別眾也）。有二：初明別相，後明成不。

Next, explaining the separate saṃgha (this means dwelling in the same boundary, but with discordance in external signs, not conforming to the saṃgha's procedure; hence it is called a separate saṃgha). There are two parts: first, explaining the characteristics of separation; second, explaining whether [the procedure] is accomplished or not.
