二明對僧說法。應至僧中；羯磨者言：「不來者說欲。」即具修威儀說云：「大德僧聽！某甲比丘，我受彼欲清淨。彼如法僧事，與欲清淨。」若眾多比丘，隨能記者，一時合說。

Second, clarifying the procedure of speaking before the saṃgha. One should arrive in the saṃgha; the one executing the karman says: 'Let those who have not come declare their chanda.' One then properly assumes the deportment and speaks, saying: 'May the venerable saṃgha listen! Bhikṣu so-and-so: I have received his chanda and purity. For the legal affairs of the saṃgha, he grants chanda and purity.' If there are multiple bhikṣus, according to what one can remember, they may be declared together at once.
