十一非人難。皆謂八部鬼神變作人形而來受具。《律》中、《五分》：天子、阿脩羅子、犍闥婆子，化為人等。

Eleventh is the impediment of non-humans. These all refer to the ghosts and spirits of the eight classes who transform into human form to come and receive full ordination. In the Vinaya and the Pañcavargika-vinaya: sons of devas, sons of asuras, and sons of gandharvas transformed into humans, and so forth.
