白毛三衣戒十三。因緣同前。佛制參作，違教故犯。五緣成：一三毛參作；二擬作三衣臥具；三為己；四增好減惡，下至一兩；五作成便犯。

Precept 13: Three robes of white wool. The conditions are the same as before. The Buddha instituted mixed manufacture; violating the teaching constitutes an offense. Five conditions constitute it: first, mixing three [colors of] wool; second, intending to make the three robes or bedding; third, for oneself; fourth, increasing the good and decreasing the bad by down to one liang; fifth, completing it immediately constitutes the offense.
