結斷中，初結勸。言就緣者，示略法之本也。並結正者，即前七略中，若可廣說不廣說，乃至可說序不說序，並如法治。比下，斥非，初斥略法乖儀。或下，斥託緣不說。

In concluding and judging, first it concludes with an exhortation. Saying "adapting to circumstances" shows the root of the abbreviated procedure. "All incur an offense" means that within the aforementioned seven abbreviations, if one could recite extensively and does not recite extensively, down to being able to recite the prologue and not reciting the prologue, all are dealt with according to the Dharma. Below "In recent times...", it criticizes errors: first it criticizes abbreviated procedures that violate proper decorum. Below "or...", it criticizes using circumstances as a pretext not to recite.
