次科，眾法中。此明別法，而列四人者；由本獨住，待擬外客；來不可期，因而明之；不同初位常途僧法。至於行事，還復同前。

In the next section, within the Saṅgha procedure: this clarifies individual procedures, yet lists four persons. This is because he originally resided alone, preparing for external guests; since their arrival cannot be anticipated, it is explained accordingly; it is not like the ordinary Saṅgha procedure in the initial rank. As for executing the transaction, it is just the same as before.
