次科。律論皆云竟，證上彌顯。論中持戒律者，是遵制教；及諸善者，即依化教；化制無違，故云皆不毀等。

The next section. Vinayas and treatises all say 'finished', which confirms the above even more clearly. In the treatises, 'maintaining the vinaya precepts' means complying with the regulative teaching; 'and various goods' means relying on the transformative teaching. The transformative and regulative do not conflict, hence it says 'neither violates', etc.
