遮濫中，初二句，正名。非下，黜謬。昔人應以賞勞五利，開破五戒；是任意毀犯，而立其名。此下，示意。

Under 'Preventing corruptions', the first two lines provide the correct name. From 'Not' onward rejects erroneous views. Ancient people would use the rewarding of five benefits to permit breaking the five precepts; this was committing violations at will while establishing names for them. From 'This' onward indicates the meaning.
