開章，標列中。言緣集者，謂定時簡人，竝須合教，方成法故。雜明者，料簡釋疑，非一相故。

Under 'Opening the section and listing the items', saying 'the assembly of conditions' means determining the time and screening the persons, both of which must accord with the teaching before the transaction can be accomplished. 'Miscellaneous explanations' means analyzing and resolving doubts, which are not of a single mark.
