第二問中。以所出不同，恐成偏計故。答中。俱出正法，隨人采用。《四分》云：諸比丘自恣竟說戒，坐久疲極；白佛，因開。文引佛語。

Under the second question: because the sources differ, there is a fear of forming biased assumptions. In the answer: both originate from the true Dharma and may be adopted at one's discretion. The *Dharmaguptaka-vinaya* states: after the bhikṣus finished pavāraṇā, they recited the precepts; having sat for a long time they were exhausted. They reported this to the Buddha, who consequently granted an exception. The text cites the Buddha's words.
