持人中，《十誦》。五德，上四可解。謂下，釋第五得不得者，須約時衣人三種釋之。

Regarding the person holding [the robe], in the Daśādhyāya-vinaya, among the five virtues, the first four are easy to understand. From 'meaning' downward, explaining the fifth, 'knowing what is obtained and not obtained,' one must explain it according to the three aspects of time, robe, and person.
