舉興替中。初句語通上下，前敘淺識故替，後勸深崇必興。次句囑於後學。復下，顯益。佛智朗然，故喻如日。法能摧展業惑，故喻如輪。苟得其人，則三寶重興；反前覆墜，故云再也。

In [the section] "Mentioning Prosperity and Decline," the first line connects above and below: the preceding recounted that shallow understanding leads to decline, and the following encourages that deep veneration will surely bring prosperity. The second line entrusts this to future students. From "again" onward, the benefit is revealed. The Buddha's wisdom is radiant and clear, hence it is compared to the sun. The Dharma can crush and roll over karmic afflictions, hence it is compared to a wheel. If proper persons are obtained, the Triratna will flourish again; reversing the previous ruin and collapse, it therefore says "once more."
