準律中。上二如前。文云者，即七滅中自言治緣起，目連以天眼牽犯戒者出眾，鈔引佛訶詞。

Regarding 'The text says': that is, in the origin story of the 'confession of oneself' among the seven methods for settling disputes, Maudgalyāyana used his divine eye to pull a precept-breaker out of the assembly, and the Manual cites the Buddha's words of rebuke.
