料簡中，初科。大分，一往以判。不妨身不至僧而是不足，隱沒與欲樹上之類。自有來至僧中，得成別眾，如上乖儀面背等。

In the critical differentiation, the first section: 'Rough division' is a provisional judgment. This does not hinder that one whose body does not reach the saṃgha may be insufficient, such as granting chanda while concealed or being in a tree. Naturally, there are those who come into the saṃgha and yet constitute a separate assembly, such as the above cases of violating deportments, facing away, and so on.
