推釋中，初示非法所以。上明背教，下示任惡。綱維即眾首。眾主下，二明善不加惡。如後引者，即指下科。

In the deduction and explanation, first, the reason for being unlawful is shown: the upper clarifies turning against the teaching; the lower shows giving free rein to evil. "Rectors" (綱維) are the heads of the assembly. From "the master of the assembly" onward, the second clarifies that the good do not impose upon the evil. As cited later points to the section below.
