結勸中。隨機者，須觀利鈍所宜廣略；《大論》示導，取解為期。浮謂不重，昧即不明。薩下，引示得否由心重輕。誡令策進，必使開解。

Under "Concluding Exhortation": "According to the faculties" means that one must observe whether sharp or dull faculties are suited to broad or concise [explanations]; the instruction in the Great Treatise takes understanding as its goal. "Superficial" means not weighty; "blind" means unclear. From "Sarvāstivāda" onward cites and shows that obtaining or not obtaining depends on the weight or lightness of the mind. It admonishes and urges them to make progress, ensuring that they attain opening and understanding.
