釋疑中。前約通答，後人受時，直爾作法，故須此問，別答不須。準此通答，止被現僧；必有外來，更須別問。

Under resolving doubts: previously it was answered generally; when a later person receives [the precepts], the rite is simply performed, hence this question is necessary, while individual answers are not required. According to this general answer, it only covers the present saṃgha; if there are newcomers from outside, a separate question is required.
