通簡中，初文。七人夏滿不須者，此據行業成就為言；必無所立，還屬後三。息，止也。
In the comprehensive differentiation, in the first passage: that the seven persons who have completed their rains do not need [dependance] is stated based on their fulfillment of conduct and karma. If they certainly have no standing, they still belong to the latter three. 'Xi' (息) means to stop.
