選擇中，《伽論》，初明自選。及下，明問他。言都無者，總上三種；謂戒德無缺，教誡無倦，眷屬無諍。

Under 'Selecting': In the Vinayasaṃgraha, it first explains selecting on one's own. From 'and' downward, it explains asking others. The phrase 'completely lacking' sums up the above three types, namely: virtues of the precepts without deficiency, instructional admonition without weariness, and followers without contention.
