時節中，初科。若約三日，諸部通制；及食前後，亦出《僧祇》；今以前三全出《十誦》，故總列之；下引諸文會釋。後二唯出本宗，故下皆標《四分》。

In the timing, in the first section: regarding the three days, it is a universal regulation across the various schools; and before and after meals also comes from the Mahāsāṃghika-vinaya; now, because the first three come entirely from the Daśādhyāya-vinaya, they are listed together; below, the various texts are cited to synthesize and explain. The latter two come exclusively from our own school, so they are all marked with the Dharmaguptaka below.
