犯緣中。初簡三時，春冬分房，有上座來，下座應避，非定屬己，牽出數故；夏房不爾，稀故結輕。

Under the conditions of the offense: first, distinguishing the three seasons: in the room allocations of spring and winter, if a senior monk arrives, a junior monk should yield, as it does not definitely belong to oneself, and dragging them out occurs frequently; rooms for the summer retreat are not like this, so because it is rare, a light offense is assigned.
