七十二。（佛在舍衛，比丘共集毘尼；六群恐舉，乃言用學雜碎戒為，可至十三事，佛便呵制。）

Seventy-two. (The Buddha was in Śrāvastī; the bhikṣus gathered together for the Vinaya; the ṣaḍvargikas, fearing suspension, said, "What is the use of studying these minor, trivial precepts? It should suffice up to the thirteen matters!" The Buddha then rebuked and prohibited it.)
