緣中。二誦戒時者，不必在眾。五緣列三，疑是寫脫；準疏加之，而發言毀，五言詞了。

In the conditions: Regarding the second, "at the time of reciting the precepts": it need not be in the assembly. Listing three of the five conditions is suspected to be a scribal omission; supplementing according to the Commentary: uttering words of disparagement, and 5. the words being clear.
